Ok, so for our latest reader contest, the Outdoor Life Shooting Slam, we’ve gone a little overboard. One lucky soul–and I do mean lucky–is going to win four amazing guns, a ton of top-quality optics, cases of ammunition, head-to-toe shooting apparel and accessories, a $1,000 gift card from Cabelas and, to top it off, a week of custom gun instruction at Gunsite Academy in Arizona. The value of this giveaway is well over $13,000.

To throw your hat into the ring and sign up, go to the entry form.

Once the winner is selected, that person will join me at Gunsite in December for some intensive trigger time where we’ll train on the pistols and rifles with Gunsite’s incredible instructors.

I’ll write more about these prizes in detail in the future, but here’s the laundry list of what the winner will take home:

– Rock River Arms precision .308 rifle topped with a Weaver 3-15X50 tactical scope
– Rock River Arms .223 carbine topped with a Weaver 1-5×24 tactical scope
– Ruger SR1911 in .45 ACP
– Ruger SR9B in 9mm
– Weaver 3-15×42 Super Slam big game hunting scope
– Weaver Grand Slam 10X50 binocular
– Case of Federal Gold Metal match .308 ammo
– Case of American Eagle .223 ammo
– Case of American Eagle .45 ACP ammo
– Case of American Eagle 9mm ammo
– Blackhawk holsters, slings, clothing and shooting accessories
– Cabela’s gift card worth $1,000
– Customized shooting instruction at Gunsite Academy

Total prize value is more than $13,000!
